Menu for the week of Monday May 2nd. Orders need to be placed by 5pm on Monday May 2nd for delivery or pickup on Wednesday May 4th.


Mediterranean flavors are my absolute personal favorite. Everything feels fresh and healthy, easy on the gut, but ultra satisfying. When in doubt at home- lemon, olive oil and fresh herbs always seem to do the trick.


There is a reason that the Mediterranean is considered a 'blue zone' - an area of the globe where people are healthiest and live the longest. That is in large part due to a diet that is rich with awesome power of fruits and veggies. When your nutrition is whole and balanced, so will be your life. The Mediterranean way of eating eating has fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants as it's bedrock. Add in lean protein, healthy fats and lots of bright flavors and you've got a recipe for a good life. As the saying goes “We all come from the sea and back to the sea we will go. The Mediterranean gave birth to the world.”

This is sure to become a staple in your at-home menu rotation! It's a foolproof way to get lots of flavor with minimal fuss. Ingredients are readily available and the recipe is easy to multiply for a crowd. I have given this one out over the years more times than I can remember when friends have reached out in need of simple, healthy, crowd pleasing meal ideas for at home get togethers.


Delicious, tender boneless chicken thighs are marinated lightly in olive oil, greek herbs and lemon then seared and roasted over a bed of plump, juicy cherry tomatoes and creamy, filling white beans.

MEDITERRANEAN TOMATO & CUCUMBER SALAD WITH PITA CHIPS


A pretty and satisfying burst of health and flavor all in one bowl! Diced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, house made pickled red onions, kalamata olives and feta cheese. Served with a red wine vinaigrette and a side of pita chips for you to smash into your salad (because we all still like to play with our food) for a fun and delicious crunch!


$10 for individual size (feeds one as a meal or 2 as a side)

$16 for a big boy (feeds 2 as a meal or 4 as a side)


VEGAN SPINACH, LENTIL & LEMON SOUP


This one is perfect as an accompaniment to your meal or even more perfect to stash in your fridge for a quick and satisfying infusion of health on a busy work or school day!

Fiber filled lentils, onions, carrots, spinach and a splash of lemon for a little brightness. This soup is slightly creamy, ultra filling and packed with flavor and nutrition!


$7 for a 16 oz bowl

$13 for a quart


Need a little extra carb in your life? Or a quick dish to feed your more picky eaters?

Add a size of plain orzo pasta with feta cheese for $5 in the add-on portion of the order form.
