Al dente pasta cooked in a creamy homemade tomato, basil and goat cheese sauce, mixed with slow roasted zucchini and cherry tomatoes. Finished with fresh basil. Enjoy as a vegetarian entree or add roasted chicken if it suits you!

Organic Chicken Detox Soup / $8 bowl-$15 quart

A super filling and nutritious meal or a great way to reboot your eating regimen. Organic chicken (poached and hand pulled by yours truly) tons of organic veggies and a very bouyant homemade broth to get you feeling great!

Fennel & Apple Salad w. Candied Pecans / $12 individual - $17 family

Leaf lettuce, shaved fennel and green apples, scallions, candied pecans and dried cranberries.

Served with a peppercorn apple cider vinaigrette.

Organic Cardamom Maple Chia Pudding/ $7.50

Organic Chia Seeds and our creamy homemade organic cashew milk. Very lightly sweetened with organic maple syrup and gently spiced with cardamom. Topped with thawed frozen mango. Enjoy warm or cold, top like you would oatmeal!

Green Smoothie / 'Dinosaur' Muffins / 2 for $5 or 4 for $8

These muffins are absolutely packed with nutrition. Everything you love about green smoothies, packed up and all ready to grab and go! Check out the recipe from The Natural Nurturer. Gluten free oat based muffins made with banana & spinach, sweetened with maple syrup. Made with eggs.

Granola Bars / $13 for 6

Sold by the half dozen. Made with gluten free rolled oats, raw organic honey, natural peanut butter allergen free chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds and a touch of salt.

Vegan Cashew 'Parmesan' Cheese / $5 for 6oz

A dairy free housemade parmesan alternative. Use it any way you would regular parm,

or just eat it with a spoon like we do!

Pretty Pink Pickled Onions / $3

Another household favorite. Adds the perfect zippy finishing touch to just

about any dish! Add the liquid to soup or use as the base of a salad dressing!
