Velvety butternut squash blended with garlic, onions, fall spices and a delcious homemade broth. Topped with housemade chili lime pumpkin seeds.

This stunning seasonal salad will make your Thanksgiving table pop as well offer something fresh and nourishing! Holds up well for leftovers!

Your favorite massaged kale thinly sliced pink and green apples, shaved red onion, pomegranate seeds, toasted nuts goat cheese and an apple cider vinaigrette.


RC Roasted Sweet Potatoes w Pecans / $13 side (feeds 3-4) -$45 half tray (feeds 10-12)

Check an item off of your Thanksgiving to-do list with this crowd pleasing side dish.

Hearty and flavorful without compromising healthfulness.

Peeled and sliced sweet potatoes, roasted with a pinch of maple syrup, rosemary and

pepper, topped with crushed pecans.


Roasted Brussel Sprouts w. Lemon Aioli / $13 side (feeds 3-4) - $45 half tray (feeds 10-12)

Perfectly seasoned, browned and roasted Brussel sprouts. Just reheat and serve. Comes with our homemade lemon aioli dipping sauce.


Cheesy Potato Casserole / $45 half trays only (serves 8-12)

A crowd-pleasing classic! Creamy potatoes, layered and baked with all the most gooey and delicious things: butter, sour cream and cheddar cheese until brown and bubbly.
