Lemon Chicken Piccata w. Angel Hair Pasta & Broccoli /$16 full - $8 half

Thinly sliced chicken breast cooked in a lightly creamy lemon sauce with parsley and capers. Served over angel hair pasta with a side of broccoli.

Vegan Spinach Lentil Lemon Soup / $7 Bowl - $14 quart

Fiber filled lentils, onions, carrots, spinach and a splash of lemon for a little brightness. This soup is slightly creamy, ultra filling and packed with flavor and nutrition!


Smoothie Cups $8

Just like a soup or salad paves the way for your digestion as the first course of a meal, a smoothie is the ideal way for your digestive system to break it's fast and come back online. Pureed foods are very easy on the system as they are basically 'pre-digested' and are therefore more easily broken down by our stomach acids.


We're all trying to enjoy (not just 'make it through') our hard earned holiday seasons. Sickness is inevitable from time to time but it can be (I like to believe) largely sidestepped with consistent and proper care of O U R S E L V E S. Put those oxygen masks on people- start your day out right and be surprised how many other things fall into place <3


You pick a smoothie cup, we'll lovingly hand select each piece of produce. Wash, cut, package and deliver it to your door. All you need to do is add water (or any liquid of your choice) and hit blend, or puree, or however your blender says- 'turn me into a smoothie.'

The Kale Salad: Holiday Edition!/ $13 individual - $18 large - $45 half tray (10-12ppl)

This stunning seasonal salad will make even your weekday lunch feel festive.

Your favorite massaged kale thinly sliced pink and green apples, shaved red onion, pomegranate seeds, toasted nuts, goat cheese and an apple cider vinaigrette.


Side of Angel Hair w. Broccoli / $9 side

Hold the chicken piccata- Just the angel hair and broccoli, tossed with lemon garlic and olive oil.
