Katsu Style Pan Fried White Fish

Japanese style breaded tilapia served with pineapple scallion rice and sesame ginger



Butter Roasted Tomato Soup

Italian tomatoes are roasted in butter with garlic and onions, then pureed with fresh

herbs and a touch of whole milk. Served with cheesey croutons for that grilled

cheese and tomato soup feel!

Garlic & Cilantro Soup w. Chickpeas

Lots of garlic, lots of cilantro and lots of chickpeas. Seasoned with lemon and smoked



The Kale Salad

Massaged kale with toasted quinoa, housemade salt and pepper almonds and dried

montmorency cherries. Served with a fruity herb vinaigrette.

Fennel & Apple Salad w. Candied Pecans

Organic red leaf lettuce, shaved fennel and apples, scallions and candied pecans.

Served with an apple cider and pink peppercorn vinaigrette.

for your kiddo (or yourself!) Choice of sandwich (turkey w. cheese on a croissant or

pb & j on whole grain) along with a fruit or veggie (rotates weekly) a homemade granola

bar, goldfish crackers and a juicebox.

Granola Bars

Straight from our Brown Box Lunches and sold by the half dozen.

Made with gluten free rolled oats, raw organic honey, natural peanut butter

allergen free chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds and a touch of salt.

Roasted Tomatoes & White Beans

The side from one of our most popular entrees! Sweet & tangy cherry tomaotes and

creamy white beans packed with protein and fiber. Roasted with garlic, lemon, thyme

and oregano. A hearty vegetarian dish to eat on its own or add to greens, chicken

or fish!

Healthy Seed Croutons

A pantry staple in our home! Absolutely perfect when crushed up atop a salad for a

nice bit of crunch. Also a super healthy and super filling alternative to chips or

pretzels. Naturally gluten free and bursting with fiber!
